1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Prime Fuel Restaurant LLC, a company operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Our Services

Prime Fuel Restaurant LLC provides monthly meal plan subscription services in Dubai, UAE. Our services include the preparation and delivery of chef-crafted, nutritionist-approved meals to your specified delivery address within our delivery zones.

3. Subscriptions

• We offer monthly meal plan subscriptions only. No weekly subscriptions are available.
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may pause or modify your subscription subject to our change request policy.
• Subscription plans, pricing, and meal selections are subject to availability and may change with prior notice.

4. Payments

• All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment is required in full at the time of subscription or renewal.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. Prime Fuel Restaurant LLC does not store your full card details.
• In the event of a failed payment, your subscription may be paused until payment is resolved.
• All transactions are final. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation & Refund: Meal plans may be cancelled within 3 to 7 days of the start date. No refunds are provided after this window. No refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations or for dissatisfaction with meals.
• Holds & Changes: If a client wishes to place their plan on hold or make any changes to their meals, they must inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Address Changes & Trials: Requests for address changes or trial bookings must be submitted before 6:00 PM. Any request received after 6:00 PM will not be processed and no changes will be made.
• If you receive a meal that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess each case and may offer a replacement or credit at our sole discretion.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued for missed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery

• Deliveries are made within our designated Dubai delivery zones only.
• Delivery schedules are communicated at the time of subscription. We strive to deliver within the stated time window but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe drop-off location is indicated.
• Prime Fuel Restaurant LLC is not liable for meals left unattended for extended periods after delivery.
• Quality Check on Delivery: Clients must inspect all meals at the time of delivery. If a meal is spoiled or damaged, it must be reported immediately. Once the client takes the meals to their office or anywhere else, Prime Fuel Restaurant LLC is not responsible for spoilage, as meals must be kept at the proper temperature.

7. Allergens & Health Disclaimer

Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and seafood. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment or fully eliminate the risk of cross-contamination. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions before subscribing.

Results from meal plans vary from person to person. Prime Fuel Restaurant LLC does not guarantee specific weight loss, muscle gain, or health outcomes. Our meal plans are for general nutritional purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Customers are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before starting any nutrition program. Prime Fuel Restaurant LLC shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical or dietary conditions.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Prime Fuel Restaurant LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any customer for any lawful reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Prime Fuel Restaurant LLC provides meals and services "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or medical benefit. We do not guarantee health results, weight loss, or performance outcomes. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the meal delivery in question, and we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Prime Fuel Restaurant LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding one (1) month of service. Under no circumstances shall the company be held liable for spoilage, damage, or quality degradation occurring after the meals have been accepted by the client at delivery.

11. Force Majeure

Prime Fuel Restaurant LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, traffic disruptions, labor shortages, supply chain interruptions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and resume normal operations as soon as practicable.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably before pursuing legal action.

13. Changes to Terms

Prime Fuel Restaurant LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
